Who We Are
Sapphire Dementia Partners offers education and consultation services to people living with dementia, their caregivers, and the organizations and businesses that support them. They are founded on the principles of Positive Approach to Care, and will help you navigate the journey with dementia.
Providing a five-part educational and support group series for care partners. It will provide you with knowledge, tools, and companionship of others on a similar journey.
