Who We Are
No Limits Eastern Shore (NLES) offers specialized brain injury case management to meet the unique needs of brain injury survivors on the Eastern Shore of Virginia. Case management at NLES is provided by a Certified Brain Injury Specialist Case Manager trained in person-centered practices. NLES case management works with individuals to identify needs and goals and develop a plan to meet them. They work to connect survivors of brain injury with resources including housing, legal, financial, medical, family, and other supports.
