Located on 137 wooded acres along the serene banks of College Creek in Williamsburg, Virginia, Williamsburg Landing is a nonprofit Life Plan Community (formerly known as Continuing Care Retirement Community), serving Williamsburg and the surrounding area. 

Six distinct residential neighborhoods cater to every lifestyle, preference, and choice. Choose a brick ranch home, cottage, or apartment with a variety of floor plans. 

To ensure you get the most out of the Williamsburg Landing experience, each neighborhood offers easy access to the many amenities and outdoor spaces available in our community. Need more time to pursue your hobbies or volunteer in the community? All of our homes and apartments are maintenance-free and bi-weekly housekeeping services are provided. And of course, pets are welcome.
