Home Repair Program

Loudoun Habitat for Humanity provides critical home repair services to qualifiied homeowners, when funds are available. 

Critical Home Repair projects may include: 

• Repair/Replace roofing, siding, windows etc. 
• Repair/replace major systems
• Providing accessibility accommodations

Our Weatherization program performs repairs to create a safe and energy efficient home that are based on an energy audit of the home. 

Home Preservation may include:  Exterior repair of trim, gutters, soffit, fascia, siding, handrails,fences, stoops, landscaping and other surfaces.

Loudoun Habitat for Humanity's Home Repair Program covers tasks such as:  exterior painting and material repairs, building or repairing ramps or sheds, building or repairing a porch or deck, gutter repair and cleaning, sidewalk repair, and other necessary accessibility repairs.
