The Convalescent Center at The Patriots Colony at Williamsburg offers convalescent and skilled nursing care on the wooded, secure campus of the Life Plan Community, also known as the Continuing Care Retirement Community. Private and semi-private accommodations are available. Now offering Medicare-certified skilled nursing care and long-term nursing care. Service owned and operated by Riverside Health System.



The Convalescent Center is located in the same proximity as Assisted Living, allowing for an easier transition for those who must move to a higher level of care. Residents and families may choose from large, light-filled, private, or semi-private rooms in the Convalescent Center.
