Who We Are
TLC Home Health provides in-home non medical personal care for seniors and individuals with mental and physical disabilities. Assistance with activities of daily living , including bathing assistance, dressing, feeding, transferring, grooming, toileting) are available.
Services can also include companion services, meal preparation, light housekeeping and medication management.
Service area can also include Waverly, Chester and Providence Forge. Services can be provided in hospital or facility such as assisted living or long term care.
