Who We Are
The Colonnades is a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) providing independent and senior assisted living services, memory care, long term nursing care, and a Rehabilitation and Recovery Program. The various levels of care in our community bring relief to residents and their families when unexpected changes arise. As a resident, you will have options including modifying your living arrangements should your lifestyle or needs change.
Some circumstances may call for specialized short or long term skilled nursing care. Sunrise Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitative Care at The Colonnades promotes emotional health and physical well-being while you are recovering from an illness, hospitalization or even changes in medications. We offer 24 hour care, emphasizing comfort and compassion, dignity and respect. Nursing and rehabilitative care services are available from licensed nurses and therapists.
