Who We Are
Aging Services Coordination provides supportive services to seniors (60+), adults with disabilities, and caregivers. JABA’s Aging Services Coordinators (ASC) provide unbiased information about available resources to meet the needs of individuals and can assist with application processes to ensure benefits are received if eligible. The ASCs also assist individuals in long term care planning. ASCs work with individuals to understand their personal aging goals and develop action plans to reach those goals.
