Home Repair, Elderly and Disabled Home Maintenance Program

?The Elderly/Disabled Home Maintenance Initiative is funded by the City of Norfolk and was created in response to the extreme need of these target populations. Through this initiative, low and moderate income senior citizens or disabled residents of the City of Norfolk, who own their home, can receive assistance with a variety of repairs, ranging from painting, plumbing, roofing, accessibility improvements, heating and cooling to name a few. The initiative is free of charge and provides assistance in $5,000 grants when possible.
