Heritage Hall - Leesburg provides intermediate skilled and nursing care in the 164-bed long-term care facility. The facility provides a daily activity program. Physical, occupational and speech therapy, wound care and IV therapy. Waiting list varies from two or three days to two or three months.



Many short term patients have complex medical conditions that require advanced care.  The following services are available:  Cardiovascular care; dialysis; IV access care (central, peripheral and antibiotics); tracheotomy care, wound care, pulmonary therapy; enteral feedings; and colostomy care.

Other services available are respite care, hospice care and specialized care.  Call for more information.
