Who We Are
The Haven at Brandermill Woods, a 60 bed nursing facility, is licensed to provide Skilled Nursing Care and Rehabilitation. The primary goal is for each resident to reach their highest level of independence and be able to return to their homes.
Services available include a full therapy department offering Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, and Speech Language Pathology. On staff are RN, LPN, CNA, SW, TR, and Dietary Manager.
Brandermill Woods is a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) and offers current residents priority access and up to ten free days in the Health Care Center. Special screenings and wellness counseling are offered.
