Older Adult Housing Advocacy

Virginia Association of Nonprofit Homes for Aging (VANHA) is an organization that represents the interests of the not-for-profit organizations in the Commonwealth of Virginia dedicated to providing high-quality health care, housing and services to the elderly. Members are not-for-profit nursing homes, continuing care retirement communities, senior housing facilities, assisted living and community services.



VANHA represents these members through interaction with Congress and federal agencies and strives to enhance the professionalism of practitioners and facilities. This organization supports leadership and innovation in creating quality programs and services and shares knowledge with and among members and the public.
