Crater District Area Agency on Aging offers a Home Repair Program to improve housing conditions and opportunities for low and very low-income Virginians. The program provides funds to remove imminent health and safety hazards, and/or barriers to habitability in their homes.
Eligible repairs can include plumbing and electrical repairs, structural (sealing cracks in exterior walls), wheelchair ramps, and handicapped accessible appliances.
