Who We Are
Oakwood Health and Rehabilitation Center is located on the campus of Centra Bedford Memorial Hospital. The 111-bed unit provides inpatient rehabilitation and recovery care for those unable to receive rehab at home, who may or may not have a condition severe enough to enter long-term care. The medical staff sees patients 18 and older with a variety of conditions, including orthopedic injuries and stroke.
Oakwood Manor also provides intermediate and long term care.
