Who We Are
Snyder Nursing Home provides intermediate care nursing services. The capacity is 45 beds. The home accepts Alzheimer's patients, however, there is not a designated Alzheimer's unit. Meals, activity director, social service director, and hairstylist and barber on site. The facility has a formal agreement with Lewis Gale and Carilion Hospitals. There is a possible waiting period with no fee to be put on the waitlist. This facility does not offer respite care.
