Who We Are
Project Horizon offers education and prevention programs to elementary, middle and high school ages. Project Horizon also provides outreach education programs, free of charge, to the local community, civin organizations, faith communities, services providers, allied professional and business industries.
Some services offers are a 24-hour hotline (540-463-2594), emergency shelter, crisis intervention, counseling, applicable referrals, and court advocacy
The goal of Project Horizon is to reduce sexual, dating and domestic violence through crisis intervention services and prevent. Project Horizon operates: an emergency hotline, emergency shelter, crisis intervention, counseling, legal advocacy, and public education and prevention.
