Who We Are
The Renaissance Gardens Nursing Care of Greenspring Village is a skilled nursing facility. The facility is operated by the Erickson Retirement Communities. Offers long-term nursing care. Renaissance Gardens has full-time, on-site nurse practitioners, therapists, mental health nurses, social workers, and dietitians. Capacity is 136.
There is a medical center on-campus with dedicated physicians and nurses that serves only residents. Specialists such as podiatrist, dentists, cardiologists, optometrists and others keep regular hours. Shuttle transportation is provided.
Other services Package include regular social work team to help with cognitive, behavior and safety issues, individualized plans, meals served in room, total assistance with bathing, dressing and grooming, assistance with feeding, frequent assessments by licensed nurses, personal laundry services, nurse management of chronic conditions, medical management.
