Congregate Meals, Big Stone Gap

Trinity United Methodist Church provides congregate nutrition sites which serve a nutritious, hot, noontime meal. Each site offers a variety of activities, exercise, health education, health screenings, music and storytelling, quilting and crafts. Current events and other topics of interest to older citizens are an important part of the program. These sites operate as part of Mountain Empire Older Citizen's (MEOC) Wellness Is Now (WIN) initiative. Most WIN Centers also provide community group respite service during regular hours of operation.



The meal site is open on Fridays from 9:30AM until 1:30PM at Big Stone Gap Methodist Church.
