Event Description
Heart Disease Awareness Month. Go Red because your heart matters. Come join us on Tuesday, February 27, 2024, from noon until l1 pm at Carriage Hill Community in Bedford. Heart failure is still the leading cause of death in America. In honor of Heart Disease awareness, we will be hosting a heart-healthy conversation with local caregivers and our House Chef serving citrus ginger glazed salmon with whole grain rice and sugar snap peas.
