The Creekside Village, formerly the Janna Lee Apartments, have 319 units of one, two and three bedroom apartments.  The number of accessible or modified units is 29.  Location of accessible units is first floor.  The building entrance is wheelchair accessible.  There are curb cuts; handicapped parking spaces; grab bars (shower/tub); wide doorways for wheelchairs and raised toilets

Distance to public transportation is 1-1/2 blocks.  Amenities include fitness center, clubhouse, pool, tot lots, onsite laundry, controlled access entry, after school program, storage and pets welcome under 70 lbs.  Apartments feature wall-to-wall carpeting, cable ready, Internet read, heat and A/C, walk-in closets and balcony.

Some apartments at Creekside Village are Section 8 Housing for families.  The government gives funds directly to apartment owners, who lower the rents they charge low-income tenants. You can find low-rent apartments for senior citizens and people with disabilities, as well as for families and individuals.
