H.E.R. Shelter operates a 24-hour Hotline. If you are in need of shelter, need to be connected to other community resources, or just need someone to talk to call the Hotline at 757-485-3384. The trained Hotline staff can also assist you with completing a safety plan that will work for you and your family.
The Hotline staff:
- Keeps your information confidential and private
- Can help you with safety planning
- Can offer referrals to counseling, legal services, housing, and other support
