Who We Are
The Manor House in the Branchlands community consists of owner occupied town homes and condos.
There are also 2 independent living apartment buildings providing 69 apartments. The Sargent House and the Holhurst have studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments. Some apartments have 2 bathrooms. Rental fee includes utilities, six meals a week, housekeeping services, social activities and membership at the Senior Center. Scheduled transportation is available, as well as emergency 24 hour call service.
The Branchlands is pet friendly. The Branchlands bus makes regularly trips several times a week to grocery stores, banks, shopping centers, pharmacies and the public library. The bus can also take residents to personal appointments, doctor and dental visits or community events.
