Saber Healthcare, Dockside Health and Rehab (formerly Dockside Health & Rehabilitation Center and Mizpah Nursing Home)  provides skilled nursing care.  The team of experienced professionals, including registered/licensed nurses, certified nursing assistants, licensed therapists and therapy assistants, is focused on providing services prescribed by physicians.
