Personal Care

Home Care Partners offers a non-medical home care program. Certified home care aides provide necessary personal care of day-to-day activities, including meal preparation, laundry, essential shopping, assistance with exercise, bathing or grooming and light housekeeping to supplement the self-care capabilities of the client. Plans service based on family/individual need. Waiting list may exist for subsidized services. Social workers and nurse provide case management services.



The program also offers limited, temporary 24-hour emergency services for those senior citizens who are at risk of institutionalization.
