Pathways in Aging offers a Geriatric Care Manager, Heather Suri, to help navigate you through difficult aging issues. Care management can guide you through assessment, education, referrals to community and private services, senior housing options, advocacy and care coordination.
Services can include overseeing care services, insurance benefit review, bringing in help with finances and legal concerns, and more.
