Who We Are

If you are experiencing domestic violence and are in need of immediate assistance call 703-368-4141, the 24-hour Crisis Line at Action in the Community Through Service (ACTS).  A person can speak to an advocate who will listen, offer support and give you information regarding available options and safety planning.

Domestic Violence is defined as a pattern of physically, sexually, and/or emotionally abusive behaviors used by one individual to maintain power over or control a partner in the context of an intimate or family relationship. ACTS Turning Points is the only full-service Domestic Violence Prevention and Intervention Program in Prince William County.
