Who We Are
Elder Care Consultants. serves as an advocate for the aging and disabled population and assists in creating and maintaining the highest level of functioning for clients at the most comfortable residential setting. We use skilled and Licensed Clinical Social Workers and Registered Nurses as Care Managers who provide expertise, support and services to elderly and disabled clients and their families.
