Who We Are
The Hopewell Police Department supports Neighborhood Watch programs. Neighborhood Watch is the backbone of law enforcement and community working together to provide a safe neighborhood. Neither is effective by themselves, but working together they become very successful.
If you would like to become a member of an existing Neighborhood Watch Group or wish to start one in your neighborhood, contact Officer Kevin Johnson at 804-452-4668.
