Isle of Wight County TRIAD

Isle of Wight Sheriff's Office participates in TRIAD by implementing activities designed to reduce the level of criminal victimization as it impacts senior persons.  TRIAD is a partnership among law enforcement agencies, senior service agencies and senior citizens in the community. TRIAD participants are committed to working together to enhance the quality of life for its older population with its special needs in respect to victimization and fear of crime, perceived and actual loss, and the sense of being alone and unprotected.

Meetings are held on the 2nd Tuesday of each month at 9 am; location varies.

This program was established in Isle of Wight County on March 18, 1999.
