Lake Taylor Transitional Care Hospital is licensed to provide both inpatient and outpatient services, including nursing home and subacute hospital care.  Lake Taylor provides a continuum of patient care ranging from long term acute care  hospital services to skilled and intermediate nursing care.

Treatment for some services include orthopedic, respiratory, cardiac and pulmonary disease, neurological and neuromuscular disorders, stroke, diabetes, cancer care, post-trauma, arthritis, pain management and pediatric care. Offers physical, speech and occupational therapy (both general and comprehensive).

Currently has 296 beds for subacute care, 38 beds of which in adult ventilator units; 72 beds in skilled nursing unit; 120 bed in intermediate care facility.
