Specialties are emergency medicine, general surgery, behavioral health, and outpatient services. The facility provides a curb ramp for the parking lot and an entrance ramp. The hospital is also internally accessible for the handicapped.

Richmond Community Hospital offers a dedicated 40-bed unit for acute psychiatric treatment and stabilization, including a 24-hour emergency psychiatric evaluation.
