Who We Are
The Fairfax-Falls Church Community Services Board's (CSB) Central Services Unit is the public agency that plans, organizes and provides services for people in our community who have behavioral health or substance use disorders and developmental disabilities. The Board also provides early intervention services for infants and toddlers who have developmental delays.

Emergency Services are available 24 hours a day, seven days per week.
Intake Process
Call or walk in. Adults ages 18 to 65 may walk in for a same day eligibility screening. Adults over age 65, children and youth, and people with development disability are served by calling Entry and Referral.
