Hospice and Palliative Support Services

Care Advantage offers non-medical palliative and hospice support services.  Service can include but are not limited to: 

• Providing kind, gentle supplement care to family in conjunction with the hospice team
• Working in close communication with hospice to ensure all needs of patients are met
• Assisting in hand on patient care such as bathing, hygiene, nutrition, repositioning, mobility as well as assisting with housework, laundry, etc
