Who We Are
Swallows Landing is located at 16249-16273 Dahlgren Rd and includes one-bedroom/one-bath apartments with great views off back balconies overlooking the water. Apartments have washer/dryer hook ups, and washer and dryer are available for rent. Disposals are installed in each apartment. Small pets (breed restrictions) are welcome with a pet deposit and monthly fee. Water, sewage and sanitation are included in rent. Household income must be at least $30,000.
