Bayside of Poquoson Health and Rehab is a skilled nursing facility located in Poquoson, Virginia, with access to Riverside Regional Medical Center, Sentara Hospital and Mary Immaculate Hospital. Capacity is 60 residents.
Skilled nursing services are provided 24 hours a day by our professional and caring teams of Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, Rehabilitation Therapists, Certified Nursing Assistants, and many others.
