The team at Medical Billing Advocates of America (MBAA) can assist patients by organizing, reviewing, and correcting their medical bills. In order to make sure a bill is correct, the team will audit medical records, analyze codes, and review insurance policies. We also write appeals, apply for charity, and negotiate for patients who are uninsured or under-insured

Through emails, faxes and phone calls, billing concerns are discussed and a course of action determined.  All necessary documents are collected; authorized forms completed; contract signed.  Each item on each bill is scrutinized, action taken; progress report is provided.
