Who We Are
Heritage Hall offers care for individuals with Alzheimer's disease or dementia. The carefully designed, secure environment includes its own activities area and a protected outdoor garden area. Staff is trained to care for individuals with sundowning, aphasia and more. Security system offers an added level of safety for patients with wandering behaviors.
Professional services available including 24 hour nursing care, speech, physical and occupational therapies, clinical psychology, psychiatry, podiatry and a dietitian.
