Who We Are
Persons 60 years of age and older receive the services of a multidisciplinary team - psychiatrists, mental health social workers, a counselor, and a psychiatric nurse. These professionals are trained to assess and treat the special mental health problems of seniors.
Services include comprehensive assessments, medication services, individual, group and family counseling, case coordination, consultation with other care providers, and support to family members.
Home based services are available.
The ART bus stop is on Uhle St., at the entrance to the Sequoia Plaza complex.
