Five Star Home Health Care provides assistance with activities of daily living. Services can include assistance with walking, grooming, hygiene, dressing, bathing, dressing, toileting and incontinent care, feeding. 

Other services offered are grocery shopping, transportation, errands, medication reminders, escorting to doctor's appointments or social events, letter writing, companionship, light housekeeping and laundry, assistance with pet care and stimulating conversation and activities.

Medication Management program includes a pill box that provides single dose packages of all of your medications, physician reconciliation, ongoing delivery of your meds and a nurse wellness check on each visit.



Caregivers are uniquely trained in care techniques for individuals with Alzheimer's disease and dementia.
