Who We Are
Chantilly Mews offers two and three bedroom town home apartments for low income families. Month to month lease.
Some apartments are subsidized with federal housing assistance and have reduced rent (Section 8 housing). Apartments for independent living for families or single persons are available. Total number of units is 50; number of accessible or modified units is 3. Location of accessible units is first floor.
Building entrance is wheelchair accessible; Handicapped parking spaces, Curb cuts, ramps with handrails, grab bars (shower/tub), wide doorways (wheelchair accessible), etc. Convenient access to the Dulles Toll Road, U.S. 66 and I-495, and the Metro mass transit system.
Public transportation (Metrobus) is 1 block from the building.
