Who We Are
The Sands Apartments are comprised of 120-units, with a mix of one bedroom and two bedroom units. The Sands is dedicated to serving elderly and disabled individuals and 119 units at the property are covered by a project-based Section 8 rental subsidy contract.
Provided area a full-time activities director, specialty outings, shopping trips, concerts, and other community activities. A handicap accessible van is available for scheduled trips. Library, Activities Room, beauty salon, wellness center, gift shop, chapel and cafe are on site.
