Who We Are

Good Shepherd of Nothern Virginia incorporates volunteers and donations from individuals, churches, service organizations, civic clubs, and businesses into the work of assisting the homeless. Volunteers are needed in Homeless Children's Initiative, Friday Night Dinner and a Meal, event planning, grounds crew, administrative support, thrift store support staff, etc.



You can:

* Donate funds (local churches, corporations, civic groups, businesses, individuals, etc.).

* Donate clothes, furniture, and household goods to our Good Shepherd Thrift Store, located at 20921 Davenport Drive #113 (Regal Center, Sterling, VA.

* Donate vehicles.

* Donate time to help with transportation, picking up food and other donations, maintenance on the facilities and vehicles(pro bono), medical and dental care, and ministry to individuals.

* Volunteer to help in our Thrift Store (sorting, hanging, waiting on customers, cleaning, pricing, arranging the store layout and display, etc.).

* Tax deductible receipt is given for all donations



Donations to the Good Shepherd can also be made through the United Way. Our designation number is 8920.
