Who We Are
200 High rise apartments for seniors, age 62 or better or individuals with disabilities. Tenants benefit with rent subsidies from HUD Section 8/Section 236. Paid utilities include heat, lights, electric, cooking, water and air conditioning. Offers 4 floor plans throughout the 12 story building. All apartments feature balcony with view of water. Each apartment has a living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and ample closet space. Designated accessible parking close by. The emergency button, located in each apartment, alerts the manager that help is needed.
There are 10 handicapped units designed with restrooms large enough for wheelchair turnaround and grab bars. Accommodations for disabilities in accordance with HUD guidelines.
Social Hall is available to tenants complete with a kitchen, seating to veiw television, computers, shared book area, tables for playing cards or games and a piano. Intercom system at the main entrance, as well as secure access with security doors front and back. Building is next to HRT Bus line.
Rent is based on 30% of your adjusted gross income.
