Runk and Pratt Residential Adult Care of Lynchburg offers residential and assisted living care for adults who require assistance with at least two activities of daily living. This level of service includes individuals who require assistance because of significant behavior problems, and who require only the residential level of care.

The staff allows residents to maintain independence by providing supportive services, including some activities of daily living. The focus is on residents whose needs are not geared toward medical issues, but who may need 24-hour supervision by licensed healthcare professionals, medication management, or just need socialization or companionship. The capacity is 94 residents. Respite care is available for one to 60 days.
