The Home-Delivered Meals Program is available to eligible Loudoun County residents age 60 and older who cannot prepare their own meals, and have no other assistance available. Volunteers deliver a hot, nutritious noontime meal Monday through Friday (non-perishable and frozen meals are available for weekends, or for older residents who live outside the delivery area). Eligibility is determined by an in-home assessment conducted by the Home-Delivered Meals Coordinator.
