Independent Living

Rappahannock Westminster Canterbury (RW-C) is a LifePlan community or a continuing care retirement community consisting of independent living apartments, cottages, homes, assisted living, and skilled or intermediate care nursing care facilities. As a LifeCare community, RW-C provides the security of lifetime residency and pre-arranged healthcare services.

Independent living services provided are indoor and outdoor maintenance, landscaping service, grounds care, transportation, and housekeeping.
Additionally, residents have access to all of RW-C's amenities including an indoor, heated pool, beauty salon, fitness and exercise center, and three dining areas including the Lakeview Grille, Main Street Station, or a full-service dining room.

A Future Residency Program, The Rappahannock Club, is maintained for independent residences. Prospects may sign up for a fee of $1000 which is refundable or applies to the entrance fee when the prospect moves in.
