Independent Living for Seniors

The Carlin is an independent living community for moderate to low income seniors homes age 55 and over. There are 162 one and two bedroom apartments with controlled access to the building for a secure environment.  Complex is near Orange Line, and Blue/Yellow Line.  Also near the bus line.

There are 4 wheelchair accessible apartments.

Residents are offered a weekly van service to a grocery store, chore service, hairstylist/barber on site 4 days a week, case management, a visiting podiatrist, visiting nurse and full time social service coordinator. There are two multipurpose rooms, a billiard room, library, outdoor garden, on-site garage and service coordinator.

The senior community is part of the national Non-profit Retirement Housing Foundation.
