Low Income Housing

Norton Redevelopment and Housing Authority serves the city of Norton in the Appalachian mountains and aims to provide safe, quality and affordable housing in a suitable living environment without discrimination for low and very low income families, persons with disabilities, the elderly and to promote self-sufficiency through economic opportunity.

Public housing complexes include Ramsey Southside Apartments, Regency Towers, Hawthorne Acres and Pine Hills Apartments. Units are available for the elderly and persons with disabilities.  See Income Limits
