Dolly Ann Apartments, Low Income Housing

Dolly Ann is a 108-unit community offering 2 and 3 bedroom apartments in southwestern Virginia that provides Section 8 housing for low income families, the elderly and disabled. Ground floor and handicap accessible apartments are available.

Call the office; prospective tenant will obtain a guest card. To become resident, individual must pass a landlord check and criminal background check, then application will be completed. Community Laundry, Community Activity Rooms, Adult & Youth Programs, Day Care Center, Recreation Area for Children, Off-street Parking Available. Utilities included in rent.

Usually has a waiting list. When apartment is available, you are called. However, the applications are only kept on file for 6 months. If you want to stay on the waiting list, you must notify the apartment manager in writing to keep your name on the list. If the prospective tenant does not send this request, the application will be destroyed.
